2. The Kreluna website and its examples

Kreluna Software presents the business's services: website, app and software design and development, SEO and marketing. The business information pages are not stores or operational applications.

The websites and apps in the Demo section are interactive concepts with fictional brands, products, people and businesses. Generated photographs do not document client engagements or completed client work. Demo carts, forms and bookings do not create real orders, payments or requests.

Browser demos are not apps that can be installed from app stores. The availability of reusable foundations, iOS and Android platforms, features and integrations is defined in the quote.

3. Prices, quotes and requests

Kreluna prices are starting amounts for the work and limits described on the pricing page, not the illustrative prices of products shown in the demos. Prices exclude any applicable VAT. Upfront costs, recurring fees, advertising budgets and third-party services must be distinguished according to the package.

Sending an email or viewing a demo does not conclude a purchase. Active Stripe checkouts allow you to purchase the selected package, within the scope described on the Pricing page, at the total shown at checkout. For services requiring a technical assessment or quote, the work and amount must be confirmed in writing before payment. If checkout is not yet available, you can request its activation on the website; this request does not constitute a purchase. Tax documentation follows the tax regime applicable to Kreluna; additional features or work require a separate agreement before work begins. Any Klarna installment plan is subject to the provider's availability, assessment, and terms. For websites, apps, and software, Kreluna may agree to a direct, interest-free payment plan in the quote, with an upfront deposit and the balance in 3 or 6 installments. Availability is not automatic; amounts, due dates, work progress, and terms are defined in writing. For monthly services, the requested arrangement is to pay the first month's fee and any setup fee upfront, followed by automatic monthly charges at the stated monthly rate. The setup fee is not charged again. A subscription can begin only after its checkout has been activated and the customer has confirmed it. The work, start date, duration, renewal, and termination terms are defined in writing before payment. Available payment methods may differ between one-time payments and subscriptions. Kreluna's direct installment plans are not subscriptions and require a separate agreement. Other projects are governed by written quotes and agreements. SEO and marketing services do not guarantee rankings, sales, or financial results.

4. Content and intellectual property

Viewing and trying the demos does not grant a license to reuse the content or software commercially. Contact Kreluna about reuse. Third-party rights, applicable licenses and uses permitted by law remain unaffected. Generated images are illustrative materials.

5. Use and links

Do not enter real personal data into demonstration forms. Any information about materials, ingredients, availability or demo product features is an example and must not be used for actual purchases or decisions.

External links lead to services with their own terms. This notice does not limit users' mandatory statutory rights and does not replace agreements relating to a Kreluna engagement.
