1. Meta Pixel and Google Ads only with consent

This website does not use Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager. Meta Pixel and the Google Ads tag are loaded only if you select “Accept” in the banner; they measure page views, contact requests and commercial interactions associated with campaigns. Google Ads also receives the consent signals specified by Consent Mode v2. If you select “Reject,” advertising scripts are not activated.

Your choice is stored in your browser. To withdraw or change it, use the “Cookie preferences” button on the website, or clear this website's data in your browser settings and reload the page. 2. Demos: what stays in your browser

Simulated choices in carts, forms and bookings remain temporarily on the page and reset when it is reloaded. They are not saved to a customer database or sent to Kreluna.

The full application demos may use a technical preference cookie called “sidebar_state,” lasting 7 days, to remember whether the sidebar is open or closed. The business software demo also uses browser local storage for sample data, the demonstration signature and internal settings.

This information stays on your device, is not sent to Kreluna, and is not used to measure or profile your browsing. You can delete it at any time by clearing cookies and website data in your browser settings.

3. Lumi chat and contact form

The “Lumi” chat is a real contact channel. When you choose “Talk to an operator” and submit the form, your name, email address, message content, date and time are sent to Kreluna and stored in the private inbox so Andrea can reply.

Your browser stores a conversation identifier and a random key in localStorage so you can reopen the conversation on the same device and read replies. The private Kreluna panel uses a technical HttpOnly cookie to keep the administrator logged in. These technologies are necessary for the chat and are not used for advertising or profiling. You can remove the conversation by clearing the website's data from your browser. The purposes, retention periods and your rights are described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Hosting and platform technologies

The website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary technologies for security, abuse prevention and routing. Their types and durations depend on the service and are described in the Cloudflare documentation.
