NOVA
Figures and gaming in an interactive store with a simulated cart.
Explore the project’s design decisions →Artisan shops, wine stores, bookstores, specialty food stores, and small producers in Rome have customers in the city and visitors who would like to order again from home. An online store can serve both: in-store pickup, delivery in Rome, and shipping within Italy and abroad.
Before the design, we define what can be sold online, how it will ship, how to handle fragile and perishable items, and who prepares the orders.
Our only office is in Montecatini Terme: Kreluna does not have offices in Rome. The project is handled remotely; any in-person meeting must be arranged separately and is not automatically included.

Categories, products, variants, images, and information are organized to support product selection.
The cart, checkout, and payment methods are configured within the agreed scope.
Shipping, orders, email, and catalog updates are clarified before delivery.
Clear time slots, delivery areas, and costs for customers ordering in Rome who want same-day delivery or pickup.
Stated packaging, timelines, and shipping restrictions to help avoid complaints and refunds.
Quick reordering, wish lists, and regular updates for people who shopped in the store during a trip.
A store or brand needs to explain variants, availability, terms, and timelines clearly. We design the complete journey from arrival to confirmation, including pickup, shipping, or delivery areas only when they are feasible in day-to-day operations.
The number of products, updates, photos, and promotions affects daily work. We choose the platform and automations based on who will manage the store after handoff.
We upload the first products together to establish a consistent approach to photos, descriptions, and variants, so you can complete the rest of the catalog independently.
Objective, intended users, materials, and current tools.
Included work, timeline, costs, and external dependencies.
Agreed revisions, checks, and delivery.

Describe your business, objective, available materials, required features, and approximate budget. After the initial discussion, you will receive a proposal with the scope, timeline, costs, and exclusions.
Tell us what you want to achieve, who will use the solution, and which tools are already in place. We will reply with the questions needed to assess the work.
Write to KrelunaFor businesses, practices, and companies in Rome, work is organized remotely with one point of contact, scheduled online meetings, and decisions documented in writing. Distance does not change the method: objectives and content first, followed by structure, checks, and launch.
The catalog, variants, payments, shipping, returns, and daily updates are treated as a single process. The journey needs to be straightforward for buyers and manageable for the people handling orders and products.
The first discussion separates what needs to work immediately from later developments, so the project does not grow out of control.
