We are based in Montecatini Terme: services are available in Valdinievole and Tuscany, as well as remotely throughout Italy.
Which solution do you need?
An essential first module is different from a system that manages the entire company. Starting with one process helps define users, data and checks. If an existing tool meets the need, the initial assessment may also avoid unnecessary development.
Define data and permissions
We define what each user should see and edit, which information is needed and how it enters the system. Migrations and particularly sensitive data require dedicated assessments.
Deliver a first version
We develop the agreed features, test the operational workflow and provide initial training. Hosting, backups and ongoing support must be defined before use.
What it costs and what is included
Prices exclude any applicable VAT. The quote confirms scope, timeline, total amount, external costs and terms before work begins.

A small internal business system with a single workflow. More modules and integrations can increase the quote significantly.
- User access and up to 2 simple roles, meaning two permission levels, not a limit of two people
- One main module, such as customers or tasks: not every department in the company
- Data listing, search, entry and updates
- One CSV export and initial training
Keep in mind: Only after analysis and scope review. Hosting, migrations, external integrations, accounting, particularly sensitive data and ongoing support are excluded. Code ownership and licenses are defined in the contract.

Is the analysis fee deducted from the price?
Not automatically. It costs €490 one-time and includes a meeting of up to 90 minutes and a map of one process. Development of essential business software starts at €5,900, excluding analysis.
What does one main module mean?
A defined set of features, such as customer or task management: listing, search, entry and updates. It does not mean customers, orders, accounting and inventory all together.
Can existing data be imported?
Data quality and structure must be checked, and migration agreed on. The essential package includes one CSV export, not every import or integration.
Will I own the code?
Code ownership, licenses and usage rights are defined in the contract. They are not implicit in the development price alone.
