Kreluna builds mobile and web apps for businesses that want bookings, services or a clear digital journey for their customers. We work from Montecatini Terme, in Valdinievole, and also handle projects entirely remotely throughout Italy.

Which solution do you need?
We choose the best approach together: customize an available foundation that meets your needs, or develop dedicated features. Before we start, the quote makes clear whether we will build for iOS, Android, web or an agreed combination.
Features and integrations
We review calendars, accounts, payments, notifications and data. Connections to external systems are assessed and quoted separately.
Testing and launch
We agree on devices, testing and developer accounts. When publication is included in the quote, we prepare the app according to app store guidelines and assist you during review within the agreed limits. Final approval rests with Apple and Google. Maintenance and updates are planned separately.
What it costs and what is included
Prices exclude any applicable VAT. The quote confirms scope, timeline, total amount, external costs and terms before work begins.

Initial setup
We start with an existing Kreluna foundation and adapt it to your business after checking that it covers the required features.
- Upfront review of the reusable foundation
- Agreed name, logo, colors and content

- Dashboard training, if included in the foundation; we specify which content you can update without our help
- Non-exclusive license to be defined in the contract
Keep in mind: The package covers features already present in the foundation, under a non-exclusive license and without exclusive transfer of the code. New features require a separate quote. Platforms, backend, app store publication, developer accounts and support are specified in the proposal. Demos illustrate possible experiences: they are not ready-to-buy products.

Essential first version · amount confirmed by quote
Starting from €8,000 for an essential first version, not a price that covers every complete app. The final price depends on the user journey to be built, the features, and the agreed platforms.

Keep in mind: Initial analysis, revisions, licensing and code delivery are defined in the proposal. Servers and data management (backend), an admin panel, login, integrations, payments and notifications are not automatically included: if needed, we price them before work begins. App store accounts, hosting and maintenance are separate costs. When publication is included in the quote, we prepare the app according to the guidelines and assist you during review within the agreed limits. Final approval rests with Apple and Google.

How much does it cost to create an app?
Customization starts at €3,000 only when a suitable foundation is available. Custom development starts at €8,000 for an essential first version. These are not fixed prices for every project.
Are iOS and Android both included?
Not automatically. The quote specifies iOS, Android or web and the devices to test. Backend, notifications, payments and app store accounts are assessed separately.
Are the demos ready-made apps I can buy?
No. They are interactive browser concepts without real transactions. The availability of a reusable foundation and its features must be checked before the proposal.
Will I be able to change copy, products or appointments?
If the management dashboard and those features are included in the foundation or the agreed project. Being able to update content does not mean being able to modify the code independently.
